The Dream It Do It Advanced Manufacturing Program (DIDIAMP) actively engages local middle and high school students through hands on experiences, real world exploration, and powerful career connections. Since 2009, Dream It Do It has been energizing the early talent pipeline across Western New York – connecting manufacturers with a regional pool of nearly 70,000 students in grades 8-12.
