These are the four levels of belt level certification students can achieve by graduation:

Yellow Belt
Recommended Start: Grade 11 or 12

Requirements:
- Start and complete an electronic talent profile using TALLO
- One (1) STEM/Tech Wars Event
- Demonstrates Power Skills * as part of Work Ethic Competency.
- Completion of one (1) credit (150hrs) in Manufacturing Career Cluster Courses and/or similar programming
- Graduation from High School
Green Belt
Recommended Start: Grade 9 or 10

Requirements:
- Start and complete an electronic talent profile using TALLO
- One (1) STEM/Tech Wars Event
- Two (2) Manufacturing Technology Tours
- Demonstrates Power Skills * as part of Work Ethic Competency
- Completion of two (2) credits (300hrs) in Manufacturing Career Cluster Courses or similar programming.
- Graduation from High School
- Ten (10) hours of project based applied learning that is related to manufacturing. Earned through camps, clubs and applied learning experiences
- Completion of at least one (1) manufacturing dual credit or dual enrollment manufacturing course through a college
Black Belt
Recommended Start: Grade 8

Requirements:
- Start and complete an electronic talent profile using Tallo
- Two (2) STEM/Tech Wars Events
- Three (3) Manufacturing Technology Tours
- Demonstrates Power Skills as part of Work Ethic Competency
- Completion of four (4) credits (600hrs) in Manufacturing Career Cluster Courses or similar programming
- Graduation from High School
- Twenty (20) hours of project based applied learning that is related to manufacturing. Earned through camps, clubs and applied learning experiences
- Completion of at least one (1) manufacturing dual credit or dual enrollment manufacturing course through a college
- Twenty (20hrs) of work experience in a manufacturing facility * or similar work experience environment
Master Black Belt
Recommended Start: Grade 8

Requirements:
- Start and complete an electronic talent profile using TALLO
- Three (3) STEM/Tech Wars Events
- Four (4) Manufacturing Technology Tours
- Demonstrates Power Skills * as part of Work Ethic Competency and achieves all four (4) Objective Competencies
- Completion of six (6) credits (900hrs) in Manufacturing Career Cluster Courses or similar programming
- Graduation from High School
- Forty (40) hours of project based applied learning that is related to manufacturing. Earned through camps, clubs and applied learning experiences
- Completion of at least one (1) manufacturing dual credit or dual enrollment manufacturing course through a college
- Forty (40) hours of work experience in a manufacturing facility * or similar work experience environment
- OSHA 10 Certification required
